Here’s a great conversion chart for using Extra Virgin Olive Oil in place of Butter in your recipes. Such a healthier option while adding depth of flavor to your baked goods. There are some exceptions, If the recipe calls for creaming, which means room-temperature butter and sugar are beaten until light and fluffy. Creaming creates light, airy cakes, which can't be achieved with olive oil.
