Sheet Pan Lemon Gremolata Roasted Veggies

 

This Sheet‑Pan Roasted Veggies with Graze Oil Sicilian Lemon & Milanese Gremolata are the easiest to make. Your new go to when you need an easy side dish. 

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini, sliced
  • Yellow squash, sliced
  • Red bell pepper, chopped
  • Red onion, wedges
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Broccoli florets
  • 2–3 tbsp Milanese Gremolata EVOO
  • 1–2 tbsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Optional: feta, basil, pine nuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread veggies on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with EVOO; season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Roast 20–25 minutes, stirring once.
  5. Finish with Sicilian Lemon Balsamic and optional toppings.
