Sheet Pan Lemon Gremolata Roasted Veggies

This Sheet‑Pan Roasted Veggies with Graze Oil Sicilian Lemon & Milanese Gremolata are the easiest to make. Your new go to when you need an easy side dish.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini, sliced
- Yellow squash, sliced
- Red bell pepper, chopped
- Red onion, wedges
- Cherry tomatoes
- Broccoli florets
- 2–3 tbsp Milanese Gremolata EVOO
- 1–2 tbsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Optional: feta, basil, pine nuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread veggies on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with EVOO; season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Roast 20–25 minutes, stirring once.
- Finish with Sicilian Lemon Balsamic and optional toppings.
