Graze Oil Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Your Order At Graze Oil, we take immense pride in the care with which we source, bottle, and prepare your premium olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars for shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Policy Details:

  • Damaged Items: If your Graze Oil product arrives damaged during transit (e.g., broken bottles), we offer a refund or a reshipment. To help us resolve this quickly, please provide photographic evidence of the damage upon receipt.
  • Incorrect Items: In the rare instance that you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will promptly arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or issue a full refund.
  • Lost or Not Received Orders: If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Upon confirmation of loss or non-receipt, we will provide a refund or reshipment.
  • Returns for Other Reasons (e.g., Change of Mind): Due to the perishable nature of our products and for hygiene considerations, we generally do not accept returns for opened products or for reasons other than damage, incorrect items, or verified quality defects. Any exceptions for unopened, unused items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

·       Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

·       If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

·        If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  3. Attach Evidence: For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photos or videos that illustrate the problem.
