For us, Graze Oil is a small way to bring quality, goodness, and a little joy into your homes.

We carry only high-polyphenol, single-origin EVOOs that exceed international standards for quality This means our oils have very low Free Fatty Acids (≤ 0.3% as oleic acid), high Oleic Acid (≥ 65%), low Peroxide Value (≤ 9 mEQ O2/kg oil), and high Phenolic Content (polyphenols) (≥ 130 ppm caffeic acid) immediately after production. This rigorous testing is the foundation of the UP (Ultra-Premium) grade, which ensures superior sensory quality, predictability of perishability, and authenticity.

Crafted from slow-cooked grape must and aged with meticulous care, our balsamic vinegars are rich, velvety, and naturally sweet, with no artificial flavors or added sugars.

They are designed to elevate every dish with depth and elegance, whether drizzled, dipped, or reduced. Authentic balsamic vinegar, made exclusively in Modena, Italy, retains essential nutrients like iron, calcium, and potassium, and is recognized for potential health benefits including aiding digestion and acting as an antioxidant.

    • Dark Balsamic Vinegar: Made from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, our dark balsamic is fire-cooked in copper kettles and aged for 18 years in a variety of wood barrels, including oak, cherry, and juniper. The result is a bold, syrupy vinegar with layers of sweetness, smoke, and tradition.
    • White Balsamic Vinegar: Lighter in color but full of character, our white balsamic blends white grape must with aged white wine vinegar.
