After an extensive search, we proudly present a first-of-its-kind balsamic: Aged Pure Maple Balsamic, made with 100% pure maple syrup from a small family farm in Vermont. Aged in traditional wood barrels using the Solera Method in Modena, Italy, this dark balsamic delivers a rich, velvety sweetness layered with the bold complexity of authentic aged vinegar.
